Syltone Industries LLC was formed in 1999 from the merging of Industries, which was founded in the United States in 1973, and DTM, which was founded in 1935 and purchased by Syltone in 1995.

The 74,000 sq. ft. Louisville facility that now houses both groups incorporates the latest machine tool technology, laser cutting, robot welding and state of the art CNC machines. The Syltone Group has consistently increased its presence in the North American market and remains committed to continued investment and growth.
